I live in the home and am looking to share with a female housemate. -minute walk to Musser Park and -minute walk to the center of town near Central Market, shops, coffee, and restaurants.Your space includes a freshly-painted, unfurnished bedroom with large window, double-deep closet (fits 2 rows of clothing), entire hallway closet for bathroom pantry, designated kitchen cabinet and fridge space, and use of kitchen, living area, washer & dryer, patio, backyard. No pets, no smoking inside or outside.Outside of the bedroom, the home is otherwise furnished. Bring your own dishes and kitchen supplies. There is no additional storage space available. All utilities and internet are included (no TV). There is an additional cleaning fee and we split the cost of a few shared supplies. Off-street parking is available for an additional fee, or there is plenty of free street parking. One month deposit required at lease signing to secure the room.
