Private Room for Rent

I’m looking for a new roommate as one of my roommates just moved out. Room is furnished with brand new furniture: bed frame, mattress, nightstand, lamp and dresser. It’s a 3 bedroom single family home. You’d be sharing a spacious hallway bathroom with my other roommate. I own the house and live in the primary bedroom . Men only. Lease is month-to-month with the expectation that you’d be there at least 6 months. House is very clean and quiet. Utilities will be split. No pets. No smoking/vaping/weed. No firearms. No overnight guests.
