Utilities/internet will be split and added to rent . The room is fully furnished with bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk, nightstand, lamp. You will share the hallway bathroom with my other roommate. My approach is month-to-month as I don't want either of us locked into a situation we end up not liking. But the goal is for you to be here longterm if you're an awesome roommate!
