Can be furnished with a bed, desk and chair and dresser. Utilities are not included in the rent and cleaning responsibilities will shared between all roommates. If needed a place only per semester we can workout a contract by semster/month to month/etc. We will complete a background check prior and ask for reference. This room is available from end of May to early August for short term summer lease and after December.
