A medium sized room with a single closet, shared bathroom between other females. The house has 2 fireplaces (one in basement & main floor), huge backyard, kitchen, washer and dryer in the basement and security system. The bedroom can be furnished with a twin bed, desk and chair and dresser. (Rent would be $ for furnished and $ for unfinished. Utilities are not included in the rent and cleaning responsibilities will shared between all roommates. If needed a place only per semester we can workout a contract by semster/month to month/etc. We will complete a background check prior and ask for reference.
