I drive a cab and am basically never home. My son works part time and does martial arts full-time. We’re looking for a man to help share the bills who is clean (not messy), doesn’t bring personal problems home, and is not a drinker.. if you have trouble holding down a job, this is not going to be a good partnership. My son and I work very hard at what we do and we’re not going to live with a person who has excuses every time bill day comes around..
We also really enjoy living without cats and dogs. So no cats or dogs and no overnight visitors.

The monthly cost is $ and that includes your room with a key for privacy, a big closet, a European washer/dryer unit to share for clothing, a dishwasher, microwave and a stove. Everything that you would need in the kitchen. We also have a ’ storage unit next-door. If you have something to stash.You are responsible for keeping a personal mailbox. You do not
receive Mail at this address.

We don’t have a living room couch yet. If you want to bring one we will enjoy it, and it will go with you when you move 👍

The first agreement is a three month probation period to see if it’s a good fit. If we all agree after first 3 months then we will consider a longer term.

If approved, you will pay a prorated monthly rate for the current month and a $ refundable damage deposit. And sign an agreement to protect our interests and yours.
You’ll get a front door key and a room key.
