My son and I work very hard at what we do and we’re not going to live with a person who has excuses every time bill day comes around.. We also really enjoy living without cats and dogs. So no cats or dogs and no overnight visitors.The monthly cost is $ and that includes your room with a key for privacy, a big closet, a European washer/dryer unit to share for clothing, a dishwasher, microwave and a stove. If you want to bring one we will enjoy it, and it will go with you when you move 👍The first agreement is a three month probation period to see if it’s a good fit.
