Loft Apartment Available for Rentt

Hello!House Setup: I am renting out a furnished primary bedroom with a private bathroom and large walk in closet in Harrisburg NC. You will have shared access to the living room, dining room (front room), kitchen, laundry room, front porch, and back porch. You would also have shared 2-car garage storage and available parking in the cul-de-sac. I (male, twenty-) live in the house with my girlfriend (age twenty-) in the back two bedrooms on the other side of the house. Another tenant (age twenty-) lives in the completely separate, private upstairs loft and only shares the laundry room downstairs. It would be great to have someone who is interested in game nights, socializing, joining in sports events, or doing some group activities in Uptown. Pets: My girlfriend has 2 cats that stay in her room or go outside of the house. No pets come into the common areas of the house. - The house has reached its maximum capacity for cats or dogs. Other pets will be considered (ex. fish, birds, small lizards)Rental Requirements: - Monthly rent = $ (UTILITIES INCLUDED!) - Utilities include: High speed wifi, water, sewer, gas, electricity, street trash pickup. - Security deposit = Half of first months rent ($) - Fully refundable if property is vacated in the same condition as when you move in. - Your first month will be prorated if you move in mid-month. - Two months of paystubs will be required to move in for income verification. - References from your previous rental accommodation- Renter's insurance will be required to move in and be maintained throughout your entire stay.
