Hello!House Setup: I am renting out a furnished bedroom in my home in Harrisburg NC. You will have shared access to the living room, dining room (front room), kitchen, laundry room, front porch, and back porch. You would have a shared bathroom, shared 2-car garage storage, and available parking in the cul-de-sac. There are currently 2 females living here - my girlfriend (age twenty-) and a family friend (age twenty-four) - who feel most comfortable sharing their space with another female. I (male aged twenty-) live upstairs in a separate apartment, so I don't need to use anything downstairs other than the laundry room. It would be great to have someone who is interested in game nights, socializing, joining in sports events, or doing some group activities in Uptown. Pets: The person you will be sharing a bathroom with has a pet bird that stays in her room at all times. It is quiet and causes no issues. On the other side of the house, that tenant has 2 cats that also stay in her room or go outside of the house. No pets come into the common areas of the house. - The house has reached its maximum capacity for cats or dogs.
