North Kenwood House, Three Bedrooms. Two are furnished. The larger furnished BR has an attached shared full bathroom. There is a half bath down the hall. The home is a block from the lake and blue pedestrian bridge. There is access to a deck right outside your bedroom and to another deck up a flight of stairs to the roof.

My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs separate from the other three bedrooms and common areas.

I’m a recently retired high school teacher. I live a pretty low key, homebody lifestyle and in this 4BR house there is plenty of room for roomers!
