There is access to a deck right outside your bedroom and to another deck up a flight of stairs to the roof.My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs separate from the other three bedrooms and common areas.I’m a recently retired high school teacher. I live a pretty low key, homebody lifestyle and in this 4BR house there is plenty of room for roomers!
