Furnished/unfurnished room w/ bath

Hi, my name is Joel. I am a work from home professional in my s. I am looking for a roommate who lives a quiet life at home and doesn't mind cats (I have one cat in the house).

The room is in a beautiful and safe area of Vallejo close to Benicia and hiking along the Carquinez Strait. The monthly rent is $ of utilities (I'm conservative energy use so my PG&E in summer is below $/month and winter never above $/month).

I am the only person living here, so there is plenty of space in the home. You would have full use of the kitchen and dining areas as well as a large patio and garden outside. You would also have a private bathroom with bath/shower. Off street parking is included as well.

I get up early for work and go to bed early as well. I rarely have house guests and tend to socialize outside the home, so I'm looking for the same.

A credit and background check are required before we sign a month-to-month lease.
