The room is in a beautiful and safe area of Vallejo close to Benicia and hiking along the Carquinez Strait. The monthly rent is $ of utilities (I'm conservative energy use so my PG&E in summer is below $/month and winter never above $/month). I am the only person living here, so there is plenty of space in the home. You would have full use of the kitchen and dining areas as well as a large patio and garden outside. You would also have a private bathroom with bath/shower. Off street parking is included as well. I get up early for work and go to bed early as well.
