Looking for a female roommate to split rent costs in a bath apartment located in the Graymoor-Devondale area in Louisville KY. This includes a private bedroom with 2 closets and then a bathroom across the hall. Shared living area and kitchen. Rent includes a media package (cable/internet), a common area charge, pest control, and a valet trash fee. Varying utilities paid to apartment complex include, water, sewer, trash dumpster fee. Electric is through LG&E. Can give more details if interested. Will need to apply through apartment complex. I have a 2 year old cat who doesn’t really get along with other animals. She could maybe do okay with another cat but would prefer no pets. No smoking due to severe asthma and other health conditions. Apartment complex has a small gym, outdoor pool area and a coffee bar in the office as amenities. Apartment location has easy access to I-. Parking is first come, first serve with parking pass or you can rent a garage if available (not sure pricing). Guest parking allotted. Lease ends Oct 2nd but looking to possibly renew the lease for another year (price will be going up slightly for renewal).
