This includes a private bedroom with 2 closets and then a bathroom across the hall. Shared living area and kitchen. Rent includes a media package (cable/internet), a common area charge, pest control, and a valet trash fee. Varying utilities paid to apartment complex include, water, sewer, trash dumpster fee. She could maybe do okay with another cat but would prefer no pets. No smoking due to severe asthma and other health conditions. Parking is first come, first serve with parking pass or you can rent a garage if available (not sure pricing). Guest parking allotted.
