Join a lease with us in Ba APT

Hi, we are a married couple at early s and late s.

I am a hardware design engineer at a tech company and my wife works at a law firm.

We found that renting a one-bedroom APT is too expensive, thus, we decided to find a roommate (or a couple) to sign a 3Bd apart lease together so that we can expedite our savings!

We are kind, clean, and friendly. We do not have a pet but if you have a well-trained one or a ESA, we are open to them.

Ideally, if you are a couple that will be great but a single person is still welcome!

As long as you are tidy and no-drama person, I am very sure we will get along very well and if you like tasting Asian foods, you must like living with us!!

Our plan is to occupy two small rooms so we can use one of the rooms as a potential shared guestroom (you can bring overnight guest and we too) but when there is no guest, we will use that small room as our office room.

We like watching anime and walking in the parks. So, if you like some mild outdoor activities, we are ready to join with you!
