Roommate(s) Wanted

Hi there!
My two roommates are moving out, and I’m looking for girls to join me on the lease for a very spacious house in north central Colorado Springs. Move-in could be September or October, and the house is in a great, quiet neighborhood.
About the House:
* 3 bedrooms + large basement (currently used as a bedroom)
* Fenced backyard – perfect for dogs (landlord covers lawn care too!)
* 2-car garage + lots of storage
* Great location in a safe, friendly neighborhood
I have the master bedroom and use one upstairs room as an office, so:
* 1 upstairs bedroom is available
* Basement bedroom is available
Rent:
* If only one person moves in: $ + utilities
* If two people move in: $ each + utilities
About Me:
I’m , work fully remote in sales, and have the sweetest dog named River. After work, I’m usually walking my dog or going to yoga. On weekends, I love being outdoors, checking out new coffee shops, or hanging out with friends.
What I’m Looking For:
* Women in their upper s
* Prefer a quieter house on weekdays
* Clean, respectful, and good at communication so everyone feels comfortable
* Bonus points if you’re outdoorsy, enjoy the occasional hangout, or have a dog that gets along with other dogs! (Unfortunately, my dog hasn’t lived with cats before, so I’m unable to take on a roommate with a cat.)
