Bedroom and separate bathroom

Description

My previous (female) roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to replace her. She plans to be moved out by mid August, and our lease renews on September th. The apartment is bath, and the main area has built-in AC and a very spacious kitchen. I am for internet, utilities, and power already and we have a parking space paid for as well. I clean regularly and will do all the work to take care of my cats.

I am willing to discuss you taking either the larger room with the ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet or the smaller room (the one in the photos) that I am currently using. It is also a 1st floor apartment, so no stairs or elevators to deal with!

I do my best to have a safe, easy going, and friendly living space. I work at Intel on night shift, and have two very friendly cats named Nico and Dorian. I enjoy cooking, and make friends easily! I am a big nerd and will happily play or discuss any kinds of game (video and tabletop), or keep it away if that’s preferred.

Through circumstance I have always had female roommates, not sure why but it has worked out so far! I am also happy to have you talk to my previous roommates for verification on anything.
