A room, bathroom and a parking spot

Hello. We are a mixed couple in our fifties offering a room that will be vacated by our current roommate. We live in an area of single family rental homes (a housing development ran like apartments). You will need to fill out an application and pay the processing fee.

Looking to get someone possibly by Sept 5th. To disclose, our lease ends June next year and at that point we are unsure if it will be month to month or a lease renewal. I also want to advise that we have grandkids that visit sometimes.

The house has 3 bedrooms, bathrooms at sq feet. The laundry room and all the bedrooms are upstairs. Costs include your room, very close access to your own bathroom, water, sewer, garbage, electricity, internet and parking spot in the driveway. There is also a hookup that can be done for an EV.
