You will need to fill out an application and pay the processing fee, fiftyfive dollars.The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, over fourteen hundred sq feet. The laundry room and all the bedrooms are upstairs. Rent includes your room, hallway closet, your own bathroom, all utilities and parking spot in the driveway. You can even have access to your own refrigerator. We also have a hookup that can be done for an EV. A possible second bedroom to use as an office or living room for more. No smoking of any kind.Room is not furnished. Furnished images are those of a model.To disclose, our lease ends June next year and at that point we are unsure if it will be month to month or a lease renewal.
