Hello! I’m currently renting out two private bedrooms in my home in the Widefield area:
• Room 1: Semi-furnished – $/month + shared utilities
• Room 2: Unfurnished – $/month + shared utilities

I’m open to renting both rooms to the same person if you’re looking for extra space, and we can definitely work out a fair arrangement.

Looking for someone who is clean, communicates well, and respects shared spaces. I’m flexible with things like having friends over or hosting a BBQ — just a heads-up and good communication goes a long way.

I’m a single engineer, laid-back, and into cars, snowboarding, video games, the gym, and attending church groups. Would be cool to live with someone who shares similar interests, but not a requirement!
