SE Atlanta, Chosewood Park neighborhood, south end beltline is very close, the bus stop is 2 blocks away, friendly neighbors all around, we have our porchfest called Chosewoodstock once a year; Grant Park Farmer’s Market on Sundays is a very short walk away, Chosewood Park is a few blocks away.

Single family home, sq ft, room setup & bathrooms, front porch, small deck w/ flat top grill and table/chairs, firepit area in backyard, lots of potential for gardening, growing food, washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ electric stove, no dishwasher, dining room is an open floor plan to kitchen, living room with TV; central heat & A/C, plenty of street parking in front, pet-friendly (1 pet max). I keep the place relatively clean and would expect that from all of us. The vibe for the house is peaceful, warm, inviting. I like to decorate for Fall and xmas.

’ bedroom, room is currently furnished but can come unfurnished too. Wood floors, window, ceiling fan, small closet, sheer curtains, new full-sized bed comfortable mattress (not firm), blinds, dresser, desk & chair, laundry hamper, full length mirror, wall-mounted TV, area rug, soft, natural light. The walls are ready to be decorated by you.

There’s a renovated bathroom right next to the bedroom that would be used by you most of the time and any guests.
