I keep the place relatively clean and would expect that from all of us. The vibe for the house is peaceful, warm, inviting. I like to decorate for Fall and xmas. *The room* (furnished or unfurnished)’ bedroom, room is currently furnished but can come unfurnished too. Wood floors, window, ceiling fan, small closet, sheer curtains, new full-sized bed comfortable mattress (not firm), blinds, dresser, desk & chair, laundry hamper, full length mirror, wall-mounted TV, area rug, soft, natural light. The walls are ready to be decorated by you. There’s a renovated bathroom right next to the bedroom that would be used by you most of the time and any guests.
