Deluxe Studio Apartment

Hello, I am looking for a lease takeover for my studio apartment in TheSlo student living. I need at lease takeover as soon as possible preferably in September. The spacious studio comes with its own private bathroom and a kitchenette as well as a closet. Furniture is included in the apartment. A couch a coffee table a desk, a TV and entertainment center and a bed is all included with the apartment. Pets are OK but you need to have them certified as an ESA animal. The complex itself has on- laundry, available a pool, a gym and a study room. The apartment is across from the pool and on laundry on the ground floor, which is what I like about it.
