Hello, my name is Ella. I am years old moving to San Diego. I’m looking to rent a room prefer preferably a sublease but if not, that’s fine. I’m an easy-going person and clean. I won’t be attending school. I will be working and I enjoy a lot of outside activities so I won’t be home a lot of the time. Looking for somewhere pet friendly, but since I’m going through the transition of moving, I have somewhere to keep my cat until I find a more permanent residence to be able to keep her at. Deluxe Studio Apartment
Hello, I am looking for a lease takeover for my studio apartment in TheSlo student living. I need at lease takeover as soon as possible preferably in September. The spacious studio comes with its own private bathroom and a kitchenette as well as a closet. Furniture is included in the apartment. A couch a coffee table a desk, a TV and entertainment center and a bed is all included with the apartment. Pets are OK but you need to have them certified as an ESA animal. The complex itself has on- laundry, available a pool, a gym and a study room. The apartment is across from the pool and on laundry on the ground floor, which is what I like about it.
