Lease Takeover: Private Bedroom

Description

I am unable to continue living in my room in Savannah for the next upcoming lease year (September ). The apartment is wonderful, and my private room comes furnished, with a private, en suite bathroom with in-unit laundry. The apartment building is on Broughton Street in Savannah, Georgia. The building has security, a pool, a gym, and many other amenities. Rent is $ a month.
All one time annual fees (internet, security etc.) are paid.
The private room and bathroom is square feet in total, not the entire apartment.
