I am unable to continue living in my room in Savannah for the next upcoming lease year (September ). The apartment is wonderful, and my private room comes furnished, with a private, en suite bathroom with in-unit laundry. The apartment building is on Broughton Street in Savannah, Georgia. The building has security, a pool, a gym, and many other amenities. Rent is $ a month.All one time annual fees (internet, security etc.) are paid.The private room and bathroom is square feet in total, not the entire apartment.Please message for more details or if you have any questions.Thank you!
