Size of room is about one hundred & fifty sq feet. There are some nice views of the Oakland Hills. About 6 miles south-east of Lake Merritt. Close to Mills College. Closest intersection is Keller Ave and Rilea Way, Oakland.

Small apartment bldg with only 4 units. Beautiful garden. Utilities are split . Internet is about $ per person per month. PGE depends on season, in winter it’s usually around $ per person, in summer much less. Landlord pays for water & garbage. There is a coin-operated washer/dryer in the bldg. Sorry no pets. No smoking. No couples. There is a well-equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances. The new roommate would have all kitchen privileges.

There are some enormous parks with miles of trails right up the hill from us like Anthony Chabot and Redwood Regional park.

To move in you would pay first months rent and security/cleaning deposit. Doesn’t have to be on the first of the month.
