Hi! We’re looking to fill our third bedroom in our railroad-style apartment in Astoria. We’re in a quaint neighborhood with the subway at the end of the block.
We’re two women in our thirties. I’m an actor. My roommate is passionate about social justice. And we’re both really nice! We’re looking for someone who pays bills on time, is clean, and is a nice person.
The room is twelve feet x feet with foot ceilings. With the nature of the railroad style, you have a private entrance to your room from the apartment building hallway. Also as a railroad style, there is a door connected to my roommate’s room–but we keep that locked and treat it as a wall.
The lease is under my name. You sign an eleven-month roommate agreement. Rent is $, utilities not included. Utilities vary monthly, but I couldn't notate that below. One-month deposit and first month’s rent are due upon signing the roommate agreement to move in.
