We’re looking for someone who pays bills on time, is clean, and is a nice person.The room is twelve feet x feet with foot ceilings. With the nature of the railroad style, you have a private entrance to your room from the apartment building hallway. Also as a railroad style, there is a door connected to my roommate’s room–but we keep that locked and treat it as a wall.The lease is under my name. You sign an eleven-month roommate agreement. Rent is $, utilities not included. Utilities vary monthly, but I couldn't notate that below. One-month deposit and first month’s rent are due upon signing the roommate agreement to move in.
