Looking for a roommate!

I have a home with an extra spare bedroom, private bathroom in a gated community and am looking for a roommate. Utilities are
included in the rent. And you will have access to the whole house, kitchen , laundry room etc. you will have parking pass to be able to park.. .Room is furnished with a bed, dresser, big screen tv and bookshelf. But can be removed if have ur own. Just need to buy your own groceries etc. you will have full access to use the entire home with me and my dog. Must be good with and love dogs. I also work from my home and outside of my home. So must be trustworthy, reliable and clean.
