I have a home with an extra spare bedroom, private bathroom in a gated community and am looking for a roommate. Utilities are included in the rent. And you will have access to the whole house, kitchen etc. you will have parking pass and Won’t have a fee for that. Room is furnished with a bed, dresser, big screen tv and bookshelf. Just need to buy your own groceries etc. you will have full access to use the entire home with me.
