Looking for a Roommate for Mid-September or Later Move-In! Downtown Atlanta Industrial-Style Loft!
Looking for a roommate to move in to a spare room in my apartment starting as early as September th! It’s an industrial style loft downtown, walking distance from GSU and Peachtree Center MARTA (Freeman Ford Lofts). Room has its own bathroom and a large closet space!
Your share of costs would be ~$/month all included. Rent is $/month, water is billed through the building at $/month, electric and internet run about $/month, parking spot is another $/month but is third-party, so depends on what you go with but plenty of secure options right by the apt. Would need you to pay into the security deposit on move in, or as quickly as possible ($). Will prorate September’s rent for whenever you move in!
As for me, I’m Jer, I’m a year old Transit Planner who works in Midtown! I’ve lived and worked in Atlanta for about 3 years now. LGBTQ+ friendly, no preference on gender for roommate, I’m clean, and work in-person in midtown M-F. I play a bunch of soccer, go to shows, and am always down to hang out (or not hang out! I’m a very chill roommate!).
