Room has its own bathroom and a large closet space!Your share of costs would be ~$/month all included. Rent is $/month, water is billed through the building at $/month, electric and internet run about $/month, parking spot is another $/month but is third-party, so depends on what you go with but plenty of secure options right by the apt. Would need you to pay into the security deposit on move in, or as quickly as possible ($).
