Primary suite available in cute NoHo townhouse! My roommate, Arlenys, and I are looking for a kind, responsible and communicative woman to move into the primary suite of our bath townhouse in the NoHo arts district. You would have a private ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The house gets a lot of light and we have a cute little balcony that we love to hang out on. We’re located in the center of NoHo so we’re close to major highways, public transit, supermarkets, and a variety of cute restaurants, coffee shops, and vintage stores. We are looking for someone who is respectful, very clean, pays bills on time, and is social while also respecting the need for solo time. We would prefer someone who does not work fully from home. Queer and friendly is a must.

I work full time at a film archive and Arlenys is an actress and nanny. We both work a lot and are usually out of the house during the day. Arlenys has a sweet cat that we adore. We both love going the gym, cooking, watching movies, and just hanging out. We host game nights sometimes and are pretty social but also like our respective alone time. We would love to live with someone creative, whether in work or hobbies.

An application is required and you will need a guarantor if you can’t provide proof of ability to pay rent consistently. The rent is $ not including utilities, which are charged bimonthly are come out to about $ a month. We are on a month to month lease and we would need at least a 6 month commitment.
