We’re located in the center of NoHo so we’re close to major highways, public transit, supermarkets, and a variety of cute restaurants, coffee shops, and vintage stores. We are looking for someone who is respectful, very clean, pays bills on time, and is social while also respecting the need for solo time. We would prefer someone who does not work fully from home. Queer and friendly is a must. I work full time at a film archive and Arlenys is an actress and nanny. We both work a lot and are usually out of the house during the day. Arlenys has a sweet cat that we adore. We both love going the gym, cooking, watching movies, and just hanging out.
