There are 2 bedrooms facing the access road so it is very quiet. Each room is furnished with a walk-in closet and linen including towels. I travel all the time so I'm home weekends a month. I have my own bedroom and bathroom. The house ADT security monitoring including a camera in each room. The bedroom ones can be unplugged but the others can't. You can rent the bigger room for $, the smaller one for $ or both rooms for $ dog under pounds if you rent both rooms. No cats due to allergies. The backyard is fenced. The front of the house is in a cul-de-sac. The neighbors are very friendly but quiet and like it that way. They will call the police if anything illegal or suspicious is happening in the neighborhood. This is NOT a party house. The 2 parking spots are right behind the house. All utilities, pest control and landscaping are included but extra charges will apply if you overuse utilities. Details will be in the contract. I am a very clean person and expect the same. A one month deposit is required. A 2 month deposit will only apply if you have a dog. All pet waste must be picked up from the backyard and disposed in a plastic bag in the outdoor garbage bin. Background and employment verification will be part of the agreement.
