Bed would be removed and exchanged for a smaller bed to accommodate living space. We have a cat so must be okay with pets . Rent starts at and then goes up to in May. We do have a cat who’s very timid and friendly with people. The bathroom is shared as well as kitchen/living room! House has easy street parking in front, porch/balcony, washer/dryer. There are tennis courts and a pool/jacuzzi as well. Utilities typically . House is a 7 minute walk from trolly station and is one stop away from SDSU. Room pictures is for size reference but will have a smaller bed for myself.
