I have the two smaller rooms on the first floor for my bedroom and art studio. I also have my office desk located on the 2nd floor in the living room space.🍀 Hoping you are:- Someone who is comfortable with me hosting occasional small, community-style social and art events in the main living space (on the 2nd floor) and is welcome to do the same (but not crazy parties).- Pretty tidy.
