Rental budget is $ w/out util & up to $ w/ utilities, Good w/ pets. I'm a single female, no current partner, no children, no pets. I am organized, I clean up after myself, follow house rules, & take my laundry to a laundromat. I'm comfortable parking on streets. I buy my own kitchenware if required. I'm respectful of all house items that are not mine. I'm a quiet houseguest. I am introverted & prefer the solitude of my own space. I'm open to socializing but only after I have rested. I'm comfortable w/ having no overnight guests. I'm not a party person & like to spend my free time reading. I can keep a tidy room. If there are any kind of conflicts in the home, my preference to discuss those issues is by or text message because it is important to me to follow the rules to the letter of the request. I like to talk things through after they are written down so that I can attend to all requests made of me. I need clear & concise rules for sharing the home. I would like to know what is expected of me for cleaning & household duties up front. I am ok wi/ following chore charts but only if everyone is pulling their own weight.I'm a working professional, I go to the office & work from home one day a week, my kind of employment only pays once a month. I have funds starting the first of the month. I like to stay within my budget so it is very important to me that discussion of all shared costs be upfront. If you would like to share the cost of a bill I would like to have the opportunity to discuss it further before agreeing. Overall I'm a respectful, hardworking, & kind person. I like to respect my peers & honor people require space & time to discuss their thoughts. I would like to be a roommate as I am building up my work resume & building upon my skills as I move up in my career. I have always shared a home so I am accustomed to shared spaces & being respectful of others in the home. I would be a good roommate & neighbor as a new addition to a shared space.
