The room is large and well lit with two windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom.We are about a ten-minute walk from the light rail and Red Apple. We are a house of LGBTQ+ folks who like to keep things peaceful and tidy, but also have roommate get togethers, game/karaoke nights, etc.Total move-in cost will be $, no for last month’s rent, just first and deposit.
