The attached private bath has a walk in shower. The rent is $ per month. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. A very quiet elderly couple with a small dog rent the second bedroom. I have the third bedroom. My son and I share a small dog who is often here. There is shared access to the other rooms and bathroom in the house. My home is on a half acre lot in Vista, CA. It has a beautiful fenced in backyard and nice front yard with off-street parking.
