Hi!I have a small room for rent in a bath house. The house is located behind Chemeketa Community College. It is a min walk from there. The room will be available May 1st, and it has a shared bathroom with two girls. Rent is $.Utilities are included in the rent: electricity, water, trash, and wifi. The owner also provides complimentary dish soap, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the house, and an extra freezer in the garage to store food. Currently two women and a couple live in the property. Pets: we have one cat and a dog that live in the property. For the moment we are not looking to have any more pets in the home. We are usually pretty quiet, we hosts game nights maybe once a month. We are looking for someone responsible and respectful. You are welcome to come see the room but you'll have to meet with the owner first.
