All the tenants live upstairs, and the landlords live downstairs. We provide plenty of additional amenities upstairs in the loft for tenants, such as a full size refrigerator, microwave, portable stove, toaster oven, laundry, trash and recycling. All common areas of the house are sharing, including the garage and backyard where smoking is allowed. 😇We are looking for full time workers, must pass background check, and provide last two paystubs. No/bad credit is OK. A legal documentation will be ran by my realtor for criminal background check There is a deposit of $, however the deposit can be discussed in a negotiable payment plan. I offer this only to help out the new tenant at move-in, to alleviate the stress of a hefty payment due upfront. Bonuses of living with us?
