My old roommate had to leave the lease and now I am tasked with finding a replacement roommate, to move in Beginning of June.The unit is a bath gated condo unit in Northeast Colorado Springs. The kitchen is spacious, and the living room/dining room are beautiful as well. I don't have any pets, I am fairly quiet and keep to myself, and seek to be a good roommate. I'm looking for someone who shares an idea of mutual respect as roommates.What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone who wants to share this beautiful unit, has at least a credit score and paystubs to show proof of employment. There is a no prior eviction clause in the lease as well and a deposit of $ due upon move in (payment plan could be worked out possibly for the deposit)Don't be shy, say hi! We are also looking for someone who is willing to help with some chores around the house and also clean up after them selves. As well as someone who knows how to live like a family in a way. We also want someone respectful and kind as well. With renting the bedroom you get your bathroom just a step away and also a living room upstairs, and a backyard to spend time if you would want. Also free parking on the street. We have WiFi and a big kitchen with newer appliances to cook with. Have dishwasher as well just need to rinse them off before putting em in. I’m big into music, like playing guitar (I’m respectful about when I play it), and am a big skier. I like playing video games and watching tv/anime to wind down and have recently gotten into mountain biking. I’m relatively clean, more so in the shared spaces, like to cook and am a pretty easygoing guy. I smoke weed semi-regularly, don’t care if you smoke cigs as long as you always do it outside.
