My husband & I have a room to rent with a shared bathroom in our house. We have two housemates right now who are in their mid s, both are very clean & quiet. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with a one of them, the other has their own private bathroom. The house is about minutes from UCCS. We’re also close to all major markets/stores.

My husband & I have a room to rent in our bath house. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, the bathroom is big enough for each of you to have your own cabinet space. Everyone in the house is young professionals we’re all between , everyone is quiet & clean. We are minutes from UCCS, minutes from Costco & Trader Joe’s, & 5 minutes from Target. Obviously there’s a lot more stores & restaurants nearby those are just the ones we go to the most. The room is pretty big you will be able to fit a bedroom set no problem, we have a washer & dryer on that you’ll be able to access. We have a huge backyard with a deck, there’s a bbq & fire pit you’re more than welcome to use. We also have a 7 year old husky who’s fairly quiet & stays downstairs with most of the time.No couples or pets please.
