Privacy, each room in opposite side of the apartment with own private bathroom. Also property is gated with own code which is a must for me, especially in Antioch. I stayed there for 2 years now, just want my own space so I am moving out so I need someone that can take over my room please. The furniture in there are my stuff from previous stays so I am taking them with me. Though, I am selling my 2 year old couches for $, if you want to keep those (still like new), other than that, you and the other roommate can discuss how y’all wanna decorate the place. I was taking care of the NES bill while she takes care of the water and internet bill. Yall can discuss how you want to proceed.The apartments are really quiet, nice pool area, club area, grilling area, there hasn’t been any problem since I moved there. You’d have a master bedroom. I’ve got a bedroom + my own bath. There’s a cute little balcony and it’s close to the apartments pool/ lil dinky workout room. Rent is about $ and utilities are about $ a month. A little combo washer and dryer all in one machine is in unit. It’s weird but it works. I like living here. It gets good light. Management is pretty reliable. My roommate is moving in with her bf, and I’m looking for another quiet, boundary forward, strong communicator to take her place. I’m a busy introvert. I work and study full time, so a peaceful and clean home is really important to me. When I come home, I need to study. I’m lookin for a good roommate and not a friend, although if it happens organically, that’s cool. Just not my top priority. I’d say I try to clean the apartment every other week. My pet peeve is dishes that are left in the sink. My current roommate and I text each other a heads up before someone comes over. Very clean and very considerate is my vibe. I don’t have any pets but my last roommate had a cat, so I’m open to cats/dogs as long as they are well behaved and not too loud.The front office said it’s only a $ application fee.
