The kitchen equipped with a 4-burner natural gas range is shared for cooking and enjoying meal with each other. Shared food capacities are available for moderate refrigerator and pantry spaces. The dining room has capacity for 6 seats. Besides the available indoor activities in the house, there are also a lot of available outdoor amenities to use in the neighborhood amenity center including summer pool, and a BBQ grill area. This is an HOA community named Northpoint which is safe and sound. The neighbors are friendly and often enjoy their walks and their family time outside.Clean, neat, tidy, friendly, easy-going, diligent white-collars and students are welcome to the house and share not only the space but also the moments with like minded roommates.
