Room for rent in a house in a nice Gilbert neighborhood! Private room with small walk in closet, 2 windows, a shared bathroom. You also get the upstairs loft if you want to use it. It has a pullout couch, a inch tv already. Money covers rent and utilities. We do have 3 dogs but they are the best ever! and my grandmother lives with me. I stay in my room mostly and She just stays in her area and watches tv and cleans all day, good roommates to have! Backyard has turf, a grill and fireplace, feel free to use. Kitchen is loaded with all utensils and pots and air fryer feel free to use, just clean up after yourself! Community has a ton of parks and pools and San tan mall is super close, next to all grocery stores and very close freeway access. Looking for an immediate move in! Bad roomate situation unfortunately, looking for someone who is a general overall good person with a steady job!

I currently live here with one other male room mate who is rarely here and always working or away on the weekends with his family.We're looking for another quite Male who needs a comfortable place to live. We live in a gated community that's very safe and right next to the highway. If you're interested let me know and we could easily get on a phone or zoom call. The room is available for July 1st and the price includes everything. This is a month to month stay, no lease or commitment and you can leave whenever you'd like. I only require a day minimum stay plus a $ depot that will be none refundable and that'll secure the room and pay for the cleaning fee then you can make you first months payment right before you move in.I do have a small lb Corgi dog who's very friendly and sleeps in my room so you can't be allergic to dogs and must be ok with them. Other than that the house is very clean and well kept and we have a monthly cleaning service that cleans the home and will take care of your Bedroom for you as well.
