I have a room available in my 2 story house. Looking for a roommate who likes dogs since I have two of my own but they do not like other pets so you can’t have a pet. Rent is 7hundred a month and utilities are split between all roommates. Utilities is not included in the monthly rent. There is currently four of us looking for a fifth. You would have a private room but shared bathroom with two other guys. The house is fully furnished but the room is not. There is driveway parking and street parking available. In order to move in you would need first month’s rent and a safety deposit of $ sevenhundred that would be reimbursed when you move out unless you cause damage to the house/room.
